Who is Javier Fernández?

  I am Javier Fernández, the creator of this blog. I was born in August 14th, 1996, in Santiago. The name of this blog is after a quote from a tv show call Doctor who, I'm not a great fan, but is something that a remember with a lot of affection, and I like it because I am a very nostalgic man. I like to play music with my guitar, I don't feel that I have an especific type of music that I like the most, but If i have to name some band or artirs I'd say Radiohead, The Cure, Fiona Apple and My bloody valentine (Those always are the firts that comes to my head). I love reading, I think that the best book ever written is the Outsider by Albert camus, and my favourite poem writter is Wislawa Szymborska (I recomend one call "A cat in an empty floor"). I like to watch sports like football soccer or basketball, but I only like to practice swimmig, I love how the body feels inside the water, and the sensation when you have to race. I'd like to live by my music, writting songs and original soundtracks for media, teaching guitar, and stay a quiet place, but before that i'd like to travel, know other countrys and study differents kinds cultures and tipes of music.

Zwitserland

   Hello everyone, this is the first entry of this blogg during the second semester, hope you're doing ok during this time of quarantine and confinement. Today I wanna talk about one of the countries that I want to visit, and maybe if I have the chance, to live there for some years. That country is Zwitserland. Well, first of all I don't feel I have an strong link between me and that country, for example, With japon I think I have a cultural link, because I like the manga/anime, and  with Argentina I think I have an emotional link because I have family there, but with zwitserland I don't think I have one of them, so this makes me ask to myself why I feel obsessed with that country.   Thinking and thinking just got the conclusion that the environment is the thing that caught my attention... For me it is weird to describe, but everytime I search for Zwitserland on Google, I always get pictures with amazing views, with cities that seem to be compatible with nature,...

Tania Ibañez

  Hello everyone, today I wanna talk about an incredible person and a personal music reference. Her name is Tania Ibañez, she is a composer, musician, researcher, and an amazing teacher on the university, in fact, she was my first teacher when I began the career, and it could not be better. She is like a very wise and quiet person, although she can be so much stric when she is taking tests. She is the kind of teacher that don’t make you memorize a lot of thing, but teach you how to use every single thing in the real world. Also she is a person who find the best of every student and make them know it . She makes research too, and investigates about relationship music and body, and looks to how apply this on teaching. Also she compose music, and is an awesome musician, here I’ll let two link of she singing her own songs. The best concert where I've been

  During this time of quarantine one of the thing that I miss the most is go to a live concerts, the feeling of been in the crown and scream, sing or just jump for me is awesome, and is hard to tell when we will live that again, so for this moment the only thing that we can do is wait, and remember the shows that we where in. Now, for me is so hard to tell wich one is my favourite, because I have strong feelings for a lot of shows, but for some reason that I don't know, this show in particular brings to me a lot of good memories, I wanna talk about Blur 2015.  The first thing that I remember was the great atmosphere, it was amazing because it felt so nice, it's hard to describe but I felt so good energy there.
